Great computer!
What version of Windows CE is in this memory module?
Hi! How are You doing? Did You repleace the display? If it is possible, how did You do and what kind of did You use? Thanks!!
No I did not replace the display. The easiest way would probably be to get another unit.
I have two of these that have opposing problems:
– The speakers on my older unit are damaged, while a mint unit sounds amazing
– Conversely, while the older Hp620lx has a working screen, the mint condition one’s is damaged (glows white with some orange grainy stuff in one corner).
What would be the best way to switch parts? (I’m too strapped for cash to afford yet another unit)
There is really no magic to it. Take a screwdriver and dismantle the thing. I would probably replace the whole cover part with the screen, that could be the easiest.
Do you have any instructions or manuals on how to go about that? (Sorry, I’m Autistic and would like to know what steps are required)
Sorry, no instructions, you need to experiment or get to someone who can do it for you.
